Description
Offers a civic group to assist the visually handicapped and hearing impaired with assistive devices, such as glasses and hearing aids. Must be able to demonstrate financial need for assistance in obtaining necessary eye examinations and/or glasses.

Provides an international civic club which is service oriented with focus on sight/hearing conservation, drug awareness and diabetes awareness.
