After School Program - Richmond, Out of School Time, Richmond Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities

The Out of School Time program blends recreation activities such as sports, arts and crafts, games, fitness, music and dance, with programs that focus on nutrition, health, reading, math, life skills and character building. Dinner is provided by the United States Department of Agriculture under the guidelines of the Child and Adult Care Food Program.
