Hospice of the Piedmont provides compassionate end-of-life care and grief support services to patients, their families, and our community. We care for patients and families wherever they call home-whether that's a private residence, nursing home, assisted living facility, or our Hospice House on Park Street in downtown Charlottesville. Our service area includes the city of Charlottesville and the counties of Albemarle, Augusta, Buckingham, Culpeper, Fauquier, Fluvanna, Green, Louisa, Madison, Nelson, Orange, and Rappahannock.
