Immunizations - Charlotte Court House, Charlotte County Health Department
Each of the county health departments provide immunizations for infants, children and adolescents to prevent illnesses such as diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus, polio, Hepatitis B, Haemophilus influenza type B (Hib), measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella (chicken pox). Most of these vaccines are FREE and no appointment is needed for immunization clinic. Also offer adult immunizations for influenza, pneumonia and tetanus and also administer some vaccines needed for foreign travel for a fee. Appointments are needed to receive foreign travel vaccines.
