We provide community-based, office-based, and home-based therapy, case management, medication management and counseling for children, adolescents, adults, and families with the steadfast goal of promoting personal positive growth, healthy coping skills, preserving/repairing relationships and natural support systems and adding additional needed community support systems. Health Connect America serves as a subcontractor for both private and public agencies, and accepts self-pay, Medicaid, and third party payers.
