Child Advocacy - Staunton, CASA for Children
Recruits, trains and supervises community volunteers, who after completing a 37 hour training, are inducted as Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs) in the local juvenile courts. These volunteers are appointed by the courts to work with other agencies to achieve safety, nurturance and permanence for child victims of abuse and/or neglect.
