Big Brothers Big Sisters provides one-to-one mentoring services to citizens throughout Metro Richmond, Hopewell and Petersburg. Adult volunteers (Bigs) mentor youth with the goals of increasing academic success, creating healthy lifestyles and building social skills. Volunteer screening and training, mentor and youth support services, and skill building are provided by staff.
