Provides information on and referrals to public and private human services available to residents of Loudoun County. Assists callers in selecting services appropriate to their needs. Provide utility and rental emergency assistence in some cases. Provides advocacy and follow-up as needed. Serves on community coalitions and stays current on changes in and availability of local services.
