Description

Provides a constitutional office charged with prosecution of criminal matters in Accomack County and houses the Victim Witness Assistance Coordinator. Office serves as a legal advisor to the State Police, ABC Investigator, Sheriff's Department, Arson Investigator for the State and County, and the County Fire Marshall; warrants are issued and prosecution for all felony cases is handled through this office.
