Each congregate nutrition center is part of the MEOC Wellness Is Now or "WIN" initiative and maintains a focus on disease prevention/health promotion by offering a low impact exercise program, health screenings, nutrition and health education, as well as, music, storytelling, quilting, crafts, games and recreational outings.
