Provides weekday rush hour express bus service from locations throughout eastern Prince William County, Manassas and Gainesville areas to destinations including the Mark Center, Pentagon, Crystal City, Rosslyn/Ballston, Tysons Corner, downtown Washington DC, and Washington Navy Yard. Limited mid-day service is also available.

PRTC is a regional consortium of local governments authorized under Virginia state law.
