Audio tape book service sponsored by the Library of Congress' National Library Services for the Blind and Physically Handicapped, called Talking Books, is offered to program qualified individuals who are blind and visually impaired. Descriptive videos (videos with audio reading component) are also available to individuals who qualify for the Talking Book Service.
