During regular business hours, services are available by calling for an appointment or visiting CBH. Outside of regular business hours, our answering service will accept your call and connect you with our Crisis Services staff if you are experiencing a crisis.

Description

Crisis Services staff are available to offer support, guidance, and direct intervention when necessary for persons in behavioral health crisis. Crisis Counselors work in conjunction with local hospitals, first responders, and community members to assist with resolving situations and developing plans of immediate care to outpatient and inpatient resources.

Colonial Behavioral Health, is the local Community Services Board serving the citizens of James City County, the City of Poquoson, the City of Williamsburg and York County. Facilitates recovery and resiliency of individuals and families affected by mental illness, developmental disabilities, and substance use disorders.
