Provides One Stop Job Center for integrated, user-friendly and responsive services to community of employers, workers and job seekers. Provides job service assistance including job matching, job referral, and job information as well as unemployment insurance benefits. Works in partnership with the community to provide various support services to individuals seeking employment. Also provides workforce services under the Dislocated Worker and Adult Program including assessing the needs of clients and providing eligibility determination, program suitability, career assessment, individual case management services, and funding for job training. Serves the counties of Rappahannock, Fauquier, Culpeper, Madison, Orange, Albemarle, Fluvanna, Greene, Louisa, Nelson and the city of Charlottesville.
