Description
Engages homeless people where they are, including under bridges and in the woods or parks. Responds to phone requests to dispatch an outreach worker, when available. Sends outreach workers to the Home Bagged Meal Program sites (Oakland Park and Rosslyn) Monday through Friday to distribute clothing, blankets, and hygiene products when available. Provides limited transportation to services.
