Public Defender - Bedford, Bedford Public Defender Office
To provide legal representation to indigent persons charged with a criminal offense. Client must be indigent based upon the state's financial guidelines to qualify for court-appointed representation. Once financial eligibility is determined, the court may appoint the Office of the Public Defender to represent the client in a criminal matter.
