Description
Provides help to break the cycle of poverty by offering preschool children of low-income families a comprehensive program to meet their emotional, social, health, nutritional and psychological needs. The 4 major components of Head Start are Education, Health, Parent Involvement and Social Services. CAP administers Head Start programs for the following counties: Greene, Page, Rappahannock, Shenandoah, Warren and Madison.
