CASA of Central Virginia (Court Appointed Special Advocates) recruits, trains, and supports volunteers who advocate on behalf of children who have been abused or neglected. CASA volunteers give children a voice in court. Advocates must be appointed by the judge. Are not authorized to work with families unless appointed.
