Provides services to individuals in the Harrisonburg and Rockingham County region that include: Children's Outpatient Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, Prevention Services, Children's Case Management, Nursing and Psychiatric Services and Parent and Child Education (PACE) program. In-home services for court-ordered children and families, family care coordination for families involved in the CSA system.
