Home Rehab/Repair - Roanoke, Indoor Plumbing and Rehabilitation Program, Southeast Rural Community Assistance Project
Rehabilitates homes of low income rural residents without complete indoor plumbing is a state funded program in Virginia. When the home proves too deteriorated for rehabilitation to meet HUD Section 8 housing standards, a new home is constructed.
