Must have a primary diagnosis of mental retardation, require the service and level of care provided from the program, functioning at or below the severe range of mental retardation, and enrolled in an educational program.

Description
Provides a residential facility for youth who are mentally disabled. Programs provided within the facility are a 24 hour nursing care service, physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy.
