Emergency Management - Woodstock, OEM, Shenandoah County Administrator's Office
Provides emergency services to area residents that focuses on planning, mitigation and response to local, countywide and regional manmade and natural disasters. The Emergency Management Program is administered by the Shenandoah County Department of Fire and Rescue. The Fire and Rescue Department has an Emergency Operations Plan in place that specifies the responsibilities of County departments and employees. Depending on the size and complexity of the disaster, the Fire and Rescue Department establishes the Emergency Operation Center at the County Government Complex in Woodstock.
