Any City Department can be called directly, but just one call to the Citizens First Info Center gets you personal assistance with almost any non-emergency business you have with the City. If a question or problem cannot be addressed, your inquiry will be forwarded to the appropriate person. All City Departments work in cooperation with the Info Center to make sure questions and requests get responses in a timely manner.
