Independent Living Skills - Washington, Deaf-REACH

Offers life skills training and socialization programs for deaf and developmentally disabled individuals. Also offers vocational training, which enables members to develop basic work skills in collating, labeling, folding, and other bulk mailing tasks through participation in sheltered workshops. Work is contracted for fees from which members are paid. Provides one-on-one with staff on individual goals such as learning one's name in sign language and how to write one's address.
