Description
Girls on the Run is an after-school program designed to inspire girls of all abilities to recognize and embrace their inner strength. Lessons emphasize the important connection between physical and emotional health. Offer a fall season and a spring season at schools and community sites throughout the Hampton Roads area. Offer a summer day camp for rising 3rd - 5th graders.
