Offers classes that covers labor, birth, postpartum, breathing and relaxation techniques. Recommend the class be completed at least 4 weeks before due date. A tour of labor & delivery is included. Couples need to bring the following to class: blanket, 2 or 3 pillows & watch that counts seconds.
