Diverse dietary preferences cannot be accommodated with donated food. We do not add salt to dishes prepared in the kitchen, because some canned or packaged items already contain salt and salt is available on the tables. Fresh fruit is usually available. After eating, lunchroom guests may take with them bakery goods and other groceries, depending on available supplies.
