Pro-life resource for pregnant women. Free pregnancy testing, health and nutrition counseling. Promote abstinence and alternatives to abortion. Offers help to women, families, and unborn children through the crisis of an unplanned pregnancy. Serve teens and adults, both married and single. Services include free and confidential pregnancy tests, parenting classes, Bible studies, mentoring, new mothers classes and referrals to other agencies. Provide baby clothing up to age 5, baby formula, baby food, maternity clothing, cribs, car seats for children up to age 4. Services are not limited to new mothers. Assist families in need.

Maintains a used furniture bank.
The Habitat for Humanity ReStore receives building materials, appliances, furniture, tools and more that have been donated by corporations, construction companies and individuals and then sells these items to the general public at 40% to 90% off retail prices. All proceeds from the ReStore support providing adequate housing and home repairs in partnership with local families in need. $35 fee for donation pick up: 703-369-6145 or [email protected].

We operate a warehouse to receive donations to help people in need, especially those who have lost their homes because of fire.
ReStore sells new and lightly used building materials and household items. The items are donated by businesses and individuals. The proceeds from sales are used to build more Habitat for Humanity homes.

We help individuals make healthy choices concerning their unexpected or challenging pregnancy. . Services include confidential peer counseling, no cost pregnancy testing, no cost limited purpose pregnancy confirmation ultrasound, pregnancy options counseling, pregnancy related educational resources, mentoring and referrals to other agencies. Also provides baby clothing, supplemental baby formula, baby food, diapers, and maternity clothing, as available. New items, cribs and pack n plays can be earned by on site lessons.

Homes To Homes is a warehouse with free furniture to be given to individuals or families in severe need.
Provides collection, pick up, and distribution of food, clothing, accessories and household furnishings to those in need of emergency assistance. Also sells items with the proceeds going to the mission.

Volunteers collect, store, and deliver donated furniture and other household items, free of charge, to needy families in the Annandale, Bailey’s Crossroads, and Culmore areas.

No-cost furniture and furnishings for persons of low-income.
Provides new and gently used furniture and household items for sale. Items are donated allowing for a great selection and great prices. Profits go toward building Habitat for Humanity homes in Rockbridge County. The ReSale Store may be reached at (540)464-4663 For the Main Habitat for Humanity Office please call (540)463-3770. Donate your household goods, appliances, toys, etc. to the Habitat ReSale Store. By supporting the Habitat Store, you also are contributing to the environment by recycling and by purchasing recycled goods, rather than filling up the landfill. All donations are tax-deductible. We offer free pickup of donated goods anywhere in Rockbridge County.

The CARITAS Furniture Bank works in close partnership with over 80 local non-profit, for profit and social service agencies to provide basic household furnishings to clients coming out of homelessness or other types of crisis. These agencies qualify to be a referral partner and refer individuals and families in need of basic household items.
Housewares are available every 12 months
The ALIVE! Furniture Program collects and delivers donated items once a week to Alexandria residents. ALIVE! member congregations and volunteers pick up and deliver donations of basic furniture to people's homes. Acceptable items include dressers, beds and mattress in good condition, dining room/kitchen tables and chairs. Referrals required.
Operate a thrift store with brand name clothing and shoes, infant to adult "plus" sizes. Furniture, appliances, computers & electronics, housewares, toys, books, etc. collectibles and antiques.
