Paratransit - Petersburg, Petersburg Area Transit

Petersburg Area Transit (PAT) offers para-transit service for Senior Citizens and Persons with Disabilities (permanent or temporary), service area includes the entire City of Petersburg and City of Hopewell. Paratransit services portions of Colonial Heights, portions of Dinwiddie County and Portions of Prince George County. The para-transit service operates wheelchair equipped vans providing door to door service for qualified senior citizens and persons with disabilities.

Transportation - Culpeper, Mobility Center, Encompass Community Supports

Mobility management is collaboration between Encompass Community Supports and the RTC Mobility Center to assist individuals in finding suitable transportation. Our Mobility Specialists staff the One-Call center located at the Culpeper Senior Center where individuals can get more information on transportation types, find out where trolleys and busses drop off and pick up, get assistance scheduling trips and our specialists will even ride with them to help riders become more comfortable with public transportation. There is no fee for the service. The telephone number is 540-829-5300. The volunteer transportation program is also available to individuals 60 or older or people with a disability. Volunteers transport them to healthcare or legal appointments. Donations are accepted and encouraged. ACCESSIBILITY: Fully accessible to persons with disabilities.

Transportation - Culpeper, FRAT, Virginia Regional Transit

Provides transportation for the Town of Front Royal. The Front Royal Area Transit (FRAT) provides transportation within the Town of Front Royal. FRAT runs on a fixed route that begins and ends at the Front Royal/Warren County Visitor's Center. The schedule repeats every hour. The first run starts at 8:30AM and the last run starts at 4PM. The fare is $0.50 per ride. For fixed route service from Front Royal to the Town of Luray, please see the Page County Transit service. ACCESSIBILITY: The FRAT Bus is ADA accessible and equipped with the latest wheelchair lifts and security systems. Persons with disabilities who are ADA certified may be picked up and dropped off curbside anywhere within 3/4 mile of our regular route. Please call in advance.

Transportation - Culpeper, Connector and Express, Virginia Regional Transit

Provides transportation for the Town of Culpeper and Culpeper County. The Culpeper Connector provides transportation within the Town of Culpeper. The Culpeper Express offers curb-to-curb Demand-Response service within Culpeper County to complement the Culpeper Connector fixed route. Rides are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Danville Senior Transportation is offered to Danville residents, age (60+) curb-to-curb, and often door-to-door service, for those who are in need of transportation.
