Responsible for court and community-based services for youth who come into contact with the juvenile justice system in Loudoun County, as well as supporting access to the Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court for residents to resolve domestic relations matters.

Twenty week residential program * Staff monitor offenders working in community at paid jobs and perform random urinalysis testing * Programs provided include employment counseling, substance abuse education, NA/AA groups, basic education/GED preparation, parenting skills, independent living skills, transitional services, and coping with domestic violence * Court costs and restitution collected * Community service performed * Mandatory one year supervised probation.
