Provides planning to seniors age 60 and over for disability, guardianship, home equity conversions, estate planning, long term care issues, elder abuse, fraud recovery, retirement benefits, Medicaid and Medicare.

The Special Needs Trust program of The Arc of Northern Virginia works with families and individuals with disabilities on planning for then now as well as the future. Special Needs Trust (SNT) helps families provide for the financial future of their loved one without affecting their eligibility to government benefits.

A program in conjunction with volunteers from local law offices. Free wills, advance medical directives, and/or Powers of Attorney to those who meet age and income eligibility. This program is only available twice per year. Call for additional information and to apply for advance notification.
