The Life Enrichment Center (LEC) is a non-profit organization providing literacy tutoring and other life-giving initiatives for elementary students from Title I Schools across Virginia. Students reading below their grade level receive literacy-based computer lessons. Tutors are matched with one student, one hour a week, for the academic year.

Assists children in developing necessary skills to be successful learners and adults to be effective parents. Also, offers literacy enrichment program to families in homeless shelters and to at-risk new parents. Provide Baby Book Bundles to low-income, expectant mothers. Also distributes gently used books to families in Loudoun County who have limited access to books in the home.

BEACON offers in-person English and Citizenship classes both in the morning and in the evening. Classes are 12 weeks and site locations include: Bethel Lutheran Church, Manassas Presbyterian Church, Manassas Baptist Church, and Manassas Park Community Center.
