Carilion Clinic Adolescent and Student Health Service's mission is to help young adults stay healthy now and in the future. We serve youth ages 10-26 and offer a wide range of healthcare services including wellness visits, school, sports, and camp physicals, acute illness and minor injury treatment, immunizations, diagnosis and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases, contraception and family planning, mental health counseling, and health educaton services.

The staff of Southern Dominion Health System, Inc. is dedicated to providing comprehensive, primary health care to individuals and families in need of its services. Care available at Southern Dominion Health System, Inc. includes infant and child care, adolescent medicine, primary gynecology, adult primary care, geriatrics, preventive health care, and minor surgery. Our medical staff is composed of Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants. Each of our Family Practice Providers are Board Certified and continue to remain current through Continuing Medical Education as required by our Board of Directors. Our nursing staff is composed of Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Medical Assistants, supervised and directed by a Registered Nurse. Certified Radiologic Technologists provide radiology examinations at the medical centers with state-of-the-art x-ray equipment, including bone densitometry.

Offers pain management and rehabilitation services on both an outpatient and inpatient basis. Also offers a variety of interventional treatment options to meet pain-control needs.

InnovAge Virginia PACE provides senior care that helps older adults live life on their terms in their community. All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), which helps older adults receive the healthcare and social support services they need through an interdisciplinary healthcare team. As an alternative to nursing facilities, InnovAge PACE provides nearly all medical care and social support at a center near your home.

Medical facility; rural health care clinic. Offer pulmonary and cardiac rehab program and physical and occupational therapy.

Family Practice services for pediatrics, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients. Physicals, Minor Surgery / Cryosurgery is available for the removal of skin problems too small for surgery. Labs. On site EKGs. Family Planning Services include PAP smears, pregnancy testing, birth control counseling, and gynecological care. Medication Assistance Program The RxRelief Medication Assistance Program helps income-eligible uninsured residents obtain low-cost medications. Provides obstetric and gynological care for women. Augusta Health Care for Women is comprised of both male and female physicians, certified nurse midwives, and a nurse practitioner. Offers offices in both Lexington and Fishersville. Each patient is managed by the individual service provider they choose, but even when a specific provider is absent, the patients are confident in all personnel because all of our medical providers address our patients with consistent service and compassion. Offers hospital-based out-patient occupational medicine and injured worker treatment. Also performs drug screen and physicals for companies.

Well Child physicals, School Physicals including Pre-school physicals and Sports Physicals are available by appointment.

Provides basic health services for migrant and seasonal farmworkers and their families in Southwest Virginia. Offers many services on a sliding scale to migrant and seasonal farmworkers. Services include, but are not limited to, the following: primary care medical services, health education, outreach, health assessments, referrals, and case management. The MHN outreach workers identify health problems and assist farmworkers to obtain health care at one of our clinical partners centers.

The Medical Care for Children Partnership (MCCP) is a community partnership dedicated to providing medical and dental services to children of Fairfax County who otherwise are ineligible to receive healthcare offered through Medicaid or other private and public sources.

Riverside Walter Reed Hospital provides a full range of primary and secondary services including inpatient, outpatient and home based services. Services include: Emergency Center, Inpatient and Outpatient Surgery, Laboratory, Diagnostic Radiology, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, C.T., M.R.I. (mobile), and Mammography. Additionally, Home Health, Hospice, Dialysis, Physical Therapy, Cardiac Rehabilitation, Sports Medicine, Stress Testing, EKG and a Medical Office Complex are part of the campus.

Specializing in primary geriatric care, the practice serves residents of Charles E. Smith Life Communities as well as patients from the surrounding area.
