Also provides lab and radiology services and medication for clinic patients. Services are eligible to individuals in the town or county of Culpeper, who have a family income less than 250% of the federal poverty level, and who are without health insurance. Services are provided by qualified health care professionals and patients are asked to make small donation to help cover the cost of prescription medicines.

The Teen Wellness Center is a medical clinic created to provide accessible health services to any teen living in the City of Alexandria. Located within T.C. Williams High School, the clinic is open year round and provides a variety of health and confidential services to teens between the ages of twelve and nineteen.
The Free Clinic provides a full array of primary and specialty medical services for adults, either at the Free Clinic or through referral to our partner community providers. CrossOver specializes in the treatment of chronic diseases, proving comprehensive treatment plans for patients suffering from diabetes, hypertension, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, cardiovascular disease, and other chronic conditions through the Chronic Disease Management Program. Through a partnership with the VCU School of Pharmacy, also offer intensive diabetic management through the ambulatory care clinical pharmacist (PharmD) program. CrossOver provides a medical home to our patients, offering an innovative integration of health services under one roof, including primary and specialty care, chronic disease management, medication and medications management, dental, vision, mental health counseling, OB/GYN, HIV diagnosis and treatment, social work case management, and health education.
The City of Manassas Park, George Mason University, The Prince William Health District and Manassas Park City Schools have partnered to offer Free Community Health Clinics every Tuesday from 7:30am-3pm. Community Health Workers will be onsite every Tuesday to assist clients with completing forms, translation, and help the MAP Clinic staff in providing information and referrals, upon request. Services are for people without any health insurance. Services Offered: School entry and youth athletic physicals (parents must be present for children 18 years and under to sign consent form) General health physicals Screenings: Hypertension, Diabetes, Asthma, Cholesterol Pregnancy testing (by Urinalysis only) Vision Screenings Hearing Screenings Acute primary care visits: Sore throat , congestion, fever, ear pain, sinus pain, cough, flu symptoms, GI symptoms, and other non-chronic illnesses.
Health Brigade provide primary care medical services to low income and uninsured residents in the Greater Richmond area to improve their health and wellness.

A non-urgent clinic provided for persons who are in need of health care including prenatal care and are willing to follow treatment plans outlined by a physician. Provides primary medical care to indigent and uninsured residents.
The Ambulatory Care Clinic (ACC) is located off-site from Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. The ACC offers lab services, X-rays, and EKG's are also available for diagnostic work-up. A Medication Assistance Program is available to help patients get prescription medications free or at a reduced cost. External referrals for specialty care are also made to other Sentara providers in the community.
The Medical Care for Children Partnership (MCCP) is a community partnership dedicated to providing medical and dental services to children of Fairfax County who otherwise are ineligible to receive healthcare offered through Medicaid or other private and public sources.
Provides county residents with comprehensive preventive health care that includes a broad range of diagnostic and treatment services such as Vaccinations and Well Child Care, WIC Program, Family Planning, Evaluation and Treatment of Sexually Transmitted Infections, Rabies Prevention Services, Environmental Health, and Community Health.
