Offers a nursing home to persons 65 years or older in the Pannell Health Care Center. Also provides care for seniors with dementia or Alzheimer's Disease.

Paws For Purple Hearts provides assistance dogs and canine-assisted therapeutic programs to America's Warriors facing mobility challenges and trauma-related conditions such as PTSD and TBI.

Provides training and education to increase independence and safety for individuals with visual deficits as a result of macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma or cataracts by training on the use of low vision assistive devices, home modifications and adaptive techniques.

Offers a a Life Skills Transition Program that provides transitional independent living skills for the disabled. Provides skilled nursing, rehabilitation and assistance with activities of daily living in a patient's home. Home Health services include nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, medical social work and home health aides.

Offers a comprehensive range of rehabilitation for children ages 3-18 who have a disabling illness and/or require acute rehabilitation.

Offers intermediate, skilled, and complex care and rehabilitation. Services include 24-hour nursing care and sub-acute care. Provides physical, speech, and occupational therapy as needed. Dialysis is offered. Has on site lab and X-Ray unit. Does accept Alzheimer's patients and does have a designated unit for Alzheimer's. Also offers respite care.

Provides comprehensive adjustment services to severely visually impaired Virginians. The center teaches blind persons strategies and skills to adapt to living without sight, and teaches ways to use remaining sight more effectively. Services include skills training in personal and home management, communication, orientation and mobility, recreation and physical fitness.
