SOAR365 offer two types of programming: 1) early intervention (children ages birth to 36 months) in the child's natural environment such as home, childcare or community settings, and 2) outpatient therapy (children ages birth through school age) in the clinic space at 3600 Saunders Avenue. The team includes physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and developmental services/educators.

The goal of Speech and Language Services is to provide the highest quality of service possible to children and their families. Our organization is unique in that we have both an outpatient therapy program (individual and small group therapy) and our inclusive developmental preschool program with school-based therapy services. Our clients can be enrolled in one or more of our programs. Speech and Language Services serves a variety of clients with speech and language needs.
The Department of PM&R delivers comprehensive care to adults with musculoskeletal impairment due to traumatic injury, overuse and disease. It offers multidisciplinary treatment, including occupational and physical therapy, speech therapy, vocational counseling, psychological and social intervention, rehabilitation nursing and therapeutic recreation. Evaluation and care may consist of electrodiagnostic studies, nerve conduction studies, evoked potentials, orthotic and prosthetic prescriptions, gait evaluation and functional assessment of physical disabilities. The Head Injury program provides primary and rehabilitative inpatient and outpatient care for patients with traumatic brain injuries. The Spinal Cord Injury program provides comprehensive medical and rehabilitation care for paraplegic and quadriplegic inpatients and outpatients with regular follow-ups. The Stroke program gives primary and rehabilitation care to inpatients who then graduate to the outpatient clinic.

The Center provides a full range of speech, language, and hearing services for individuals with communicative disorders. As a teaching center, students and supervisory staff may observe sessions directly or through one-way observation windows. Clients may notify their clinician if they would prefer not to have student observers at a particular session.

A nonprofit center dedicated to the analysis and treatment of stuttering. HCRI developed and conducts the Hollins Fluency Program;, a 12 day treatment program for stuttering. This stuttering therapy is available 17 times a year, and is only performed at HCRI in Roanoke, Virginia.
ServiceSource currently offers 12 Long-Term Community Integration Services (LTCIS) programs in the City of Alexandria and Fairfax, Arlington and Prince William County, Virginia. Through person-centered supports, these programs maximize individual choice and community integration. In addition, each program participant has a uniquely designed plan that incorporates the individual's skills and interests. Services Personal care and medical case management - There are several clinicians within the program who provide medical expertise, including Nurses; Behavioral Analysts, Speech Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists and Recreation Therapists. Medical services also include the administration of medicines, G-tube feeding, seizure management and first aid. Person-centered activities - These include independent living skills, recreational activities, current events education, reading and writing. Virtual services - These services create a learning experience that resembles in-person programs with a structured schedule. Individuals can choose from a variety of virtual programming activities that focus on individual interaction and group engagement. Therapy programs - Program participants have the opportunity to engage in a range of physical, speech, occupational and expressive therapies. Each therapeutic plan is designed to provide the greatest benefit to every individual. Innovative therapy offerings include music, dance, and art therapy, in addition to therapeutic horseback riding.

Provides "hands-on" clinical training for graduate students majoring in the field of Communication Sciences and Disorders. Offers prevention, assessment, and treatment of speech, language, swallowing, and hearing disorders for individuals from infancy through later adulthood. Services are provided by graduate interns and supervised by state licensed and American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) certified speech-language pathologists. Provids services to clients from the New River and Roanoke Valleys and across Virginia. Part of the RiteCare is the Childhood Language Program. The support received through the Scottish Rite allows the program to provide specialized summer programs to preschool and school age children with language disorders.
