Provides HIV pre- and post-test counseling, and HIV testing. Also provides referral for persons testing positive and partner counseling and referral services. Provides case management support for persons enrolled in Arlandria Neighborhood Health Services, Inc. for HIV Primary Medical Care. A part of the AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP).
The Inova Juniper Program provides all aspects of HIV care, including primary medical care, mental health, substance use management, dental care, and case management. Other services include free walk-in HIV testing, prevention/education programs, and Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP).

Rapid, confidential HIV testing is available on a walk-in basis to both patients and non-patients at both the Richmond and Henrico Clinic locations. In the event of a positive test, treatment is available at the Richmond Clinic location. Interpretation services are available for patients who speak another language.
