Private duty personal care service provides care in your home, nursing facility or hospital. Will help with bathing, dressing, meal preparation, catheter care, mobility assistance, ventilator, wound care, IV treatment, infusion therapy and many more.
Manages numerous aspects of our patients' medical needs including: Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Medical Social Services, Home Health Aides, and Disease State Management programs. Focusing on patient self care management through Disease State Management programs such as; Cardiac, Diabetes, Orthopedics, and Pulmonary. Also provides hospice services.
Provides access to in-home care for older adults needing assistance with personal care needs. Individuals receive in- home care from a Home Health Agency if they are homebound and not eligible to receive services from any other sources. Certified Nurses Assistants or other trained professionals provide personal care services to assists clients with activities of daily living such as bathing and dressing. The service also provides respite for caregivers.

The Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly is a program of the Commonwealth of Virginia, the Federal government, and Appalachian Agency for Senior Citizens. PACE offers a long-term care solution for older adults that is an alternative to nursing facilities. PACE is designed to help older adults remain independent in the community as long as is medically feasible by providing services to participants at home, at the PACE center and in the hospital.
