Provides assistance to Rappahannock County residents in accordance with Federal Programs. Programs include SNAP, TANF, Medicaid, Heating, Cooling and Emergency/Crisis Assistance. Child Care Subsidy assistance and employment services assistance programs. Foster Care, adult services, adult protective services, child protective services, adoption, foster care prevention and ongoing child protective services also offered. Healthy Families program. LINK program and adult case management services through Encompass Community Supports Services Board also offered at this location. Locality Children's Services Act (CSA) operations are also administered by social services.
