Provides mental health counseling to residents of Waynesboro, Staunton and Augusta. A sliding scale fee is available for all clients, based on the client's family income and number of dependents. Most health insurances are also accepted. Individual, couples, marital, and family counseling is provided for a wide variety of presenting issues: anxiety, depression, relationship issues, domestic violence, social and emotional difficulties, sexual abuse and recovery, career change and job stress, grief and loss, child and adolescent concerns, LGBQT+ issues, coping with life transitions, anger management, family and parenting concerns, and more.

Family Support Groups (FSG) are support groups for family members and friends of individuals living with a mental health condition. Consumer-run peer support facility is provided for people with a history of mental illness or a current mental health diagnosis in support of their recovery efforts. Services include peer support, advocacy, education, socialization and recreational opportunities.

This ministry provides encouragement and support to spouses of military men. This group meets on the fourth Thursday of each month in the Fellowship Hall. A quality pre-school and home-school program is provided.

Free non-therapeutic, professionally facilitated support groups for both adults and teens suffering from depression, anxiety, bipolar, and suicide loss.
