Community Youth Program (CYP) is an after-school and summer program for at-risk 4th-8th grade Roanoke City students. Provide daily, structured homework help and teach students about and give back to the community through service learning.
Children's and youth ministry meetings and youth activities on a monthly basis.
Provide programs for youth with a variety of group activities including music and educational lessons which promote physical, social, moral and spiritual development. Field trips, camps and recreation are all a part of this program.
Fredericksburg Salvation Army offers weekly programs on Thursdays for kids K-12, similar to Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts that focus on building character, developing skills and having fun. A hot meal is provided and transportation is offered where possible. We also meet on Sundays for Sunday School and Worship
Programs focus on practical faith, spiritual growth, discipleship, and leadership. Provide religious and character-building programs for youth, including Sunday school, music classes, athletics, arts and crafts, and camping
Runs youth groups including boys and girls groups, after school programs for children, and a summer camp program.
The Richmond Citadel offers youth programs, spiritual support and place of worship.
