Avalon offers group and individual counseling services, either remotely or in person to primary or secondary survivors of domestic or sexual violence, dating violence or stalking in the Williamsburg area and Middle Peninsula. Services are available for women, men and transgender for adults and youth.

Group services are offered for children, teens, adults and other special groups. All groups are based on the latest neuroscience behind what makes therapy beneficial and effective. There is currently an adult adoptee group, an adoptive parent group and Zones of Regulation group for children. Open to designing a group for an organizations specific needs.

Some of the issues include divorce/separation, infidelity, pre-marital counseling, couple and marital enrichment, couple and family communication and conflict resolution, parenting and step-parenting, infertility, sexual difficulties, and work-family balance.
