Region Ten provides a variety of mental health services to meet the needs of our community. Services are provided for all age groups and are provided on an individual, group, or family basis. Services are also available at numerous locations across our catchment area to those experiencing mental health challenges and who may also have issues with substance use. Mental Health Services are strength-based, recovery-oriented services designed to evaluate and treat the mental health challenges that individuals may experience during their lifetime.

Independent Living Skills Instruction
Provides evaluation and treatment services for children and adolescents who are suppected of having attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), specific learning disorders including dyslexia and dyscalculia, autism spectrum disorders, and/or emotional/behavioral disorders including those characterized by mood dysregulation, anxiety and disruptive behaviors.
The Standard for Clinicians' Interview in Psychiatry (SCIP) is a method of assessment of psychopathology for adults. It is designed to be administered by clinicians and includes the SCIP manual and the SCIP interview.

Provided in each of the offices by clinical social workers, and counselors. Outpatient counseling services are brief in nature, often using "solution focused" or other brief models of behavior modification. Outpatient services are provided at four different locations: Main Center (adjacent to SWCC), Tazewell County Satellite Office (Tazewell), Russell County Satellite Office (Lebanon), and at the Buchanan County Satellite Office (Grundy). apid Access provides a comprehensive assessment to individuals seeking Behavioral Health services. Individuals are seen on a first come, first serve basis during Rapid Access hours and serves children, adolescents, and adults. Following an assessment, individuals may be referred to recommended community resources or scheduled for an appointment with a case manager or clinician depending on the individual’s specific needs.
