Licensed 48 bed hospital based program that provides inpatient and outpatient services for the treatment of mental health and substance abuse issues. With each program, treatment is managed by a multi-disciplinary team consisting of: Psychiatrists, licensed therapists, nurses, certified counselors, occupational therapists, family counselors, referring professionals, and most important, the patient and their loved ones. Additionally 24 hour free confidential assessments provided. Offers mental health supports to adults with serious mental illness. A qualified staff member works one on one with individuals to teach them how to develop coping skills, access community resources, develop a natural support system, and locate safe and affordable housing. Staff members also teach cooking skills, laundry and cleaning skills, nutrition, health and safety, budgeting skills, and community leisure skills. Individuals work toward attaining their goal of independence in the community.

The Early Intervention Program of Loudoun provides specialized services for families and children birth through thirty-six months of age. The program serves infants and toddlers who have a suspected delay, a diagnosis that could lead to delays, or atypical development. Children with vision and hearing impairments can also be served in this program.
An early intervention program, CHIP addresses the unique mental health risks children and families in poverty face, through in-home family support and parenting education that helps lessen the detrimental effects of poverty. Families receive support and encouragement, therapeutic interventions, parenting guidance, referrals for counseling or out patient counseling through CHIP either in-home or in an office setting, care coordination for psychiatric evaluation and medication management. When combined, these interventions produce confident parents, self-sufficient families, and healthy children with a strong foundation upon which to build future successes. Mental health services focus on mothers with mental health issues (diagnosed or presenting) and children through age seven who are at risk for serious emotional disturbance, as well as children who are already showing signs of emotional or behavioral issues.
