Provides pre separation counseling for military and family members leaving military service; provides out placement training and employment assistance for family members and military just off active duty. Provides out placement training and employment assistance to military leaving services and to selected DOD civilians meetings eligibility requirements; and to all military retirees and their family members.

The Transition Assistance Program is designed to make separation or retirement from service a well- planned, organized, and thoughtful progression that empowers Service Members to make informed career decisions, be competitive in a global workforce and become positive contributors to their communities.
Provides assistance to military personnel who are separating or retiring from the Marine Corps, voluntarily or involuntarily, and assists with spousal employment. Maintains a computerized job bank; provides job application preparation assistance. Offers monthly Department of Defense TAP (Transition Assistance Program) workshops.

A community based, Housing First Case Management program which will provide a range of supportive service to veterans and their families transitioning from homelessness to permanent housing. We work to prevent at-risk families from becoming homeless and house homeless veteran families. Provide energy assistance through the EnergyShare program.

The USO Transition Program creates custom transition action plans for transitioning service members and military spouses and connects them to local and national resources level resources that will enable them to pursue the transition vision and goals that they have for themselves. By leveraging resources across a unified network of public and private partners, service members and military spouses are provided access to support and information across the following areas: Employment, Education, Finances, Mentoring/Networking, and VA Benefits, that enable them to make smart decision for themselves and their families and provide them with the care and and support they need during these major changes in a service member and military spouses life.
