The Energy Assistance Program (EAP)consists of three components; Fuel Assistance (FA), Coolng Assistance (CA) and Emergency Crisis Assistance (CAP). The FA component is intended to provide supplemental assistance to offset the rising costs of heating expenses. There is no income guideline requirement, however, clients must have a disconnect notice. EnergyShare intake agencies determine eligibility for EnergyShare and may have additional requirements when qualifying customers for this program.
